CO oxidation, one of the most important chemical reactions, has been commonly studied in both academia and industry. It is good probe reaction fields surface science heterogeneous catalysis, by which we can gain a better understanding knowledge mechanism. Herein, oxidation state Cu species to seek insight into role copper activity. The catalysts were characterized XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption, X-ray absorption spectroscopy, temperature-programmed reduction. obtained results suggested that adding Fe Cu/Al2O3 catalyst greatly shift light-off curve conversion much lower temperature, means activity was significantly improved promoter.
